Both Cheqbook and our bank data partner strive to provide your bank transaction data without duplicates. However, in some cases, a transaction can be incorrectly flagged as a duplicate. In that case, you may want to consider disabling duplicate avoidance on your linked account using the following steps.
- Login to https://secure.cheqbook.com
- Select the company you want to work with
- From the "Dashboard", click "Manage" next to the account you want to change
- Click "Edit"
- Click the toggle for "Avoid Duplicate Transactions"
- Click "Save"
This change will likely find missing transactions flagged as duplicates in the last 30-90 days.
