How to Create a Report

In the Reports tab, select from the following:

 

Balance Sheet - Select Date Range, and select Generate Report to refresh the report.  Category totals may be clicked upon to generate a detail of a specific asset, liability, or equity account.

 

Profit & Loss - Select Date Range, and select Generate Report to refresh the report.  Category totals may be clicked upon to generate a detail of a specific income or expense account.

 

General Ledger - Select Date Range, and select Generate Report to refresh the report.  The report will show all transactions within the date range in order of the Chart of Accounts.

 

Trial Balance - Select Date Range, and select Generate Report to refresh the report. 

 

A/P Aging Summary - Select Date Range, and select Generate Report to refresh the report.  The report will show all Vendors that have an unpaid bill.

 

A/R Summary - Select Date Range, and select Generate Report to refresh the report.  The report will show all Customers that have a balance owed.

 

All Reports can be printed by selecting View PDF.
